本研究聚焦於籃球裁判系統的績效分析與智慧化管理,從資料分析到實務系統設計提出一套完整的方法論。首先,我們基於台灣超級籃球聯賽的實際比賽資料,運用機器學習技術分析裁判團隊的執法表現,並明確指出「團隊合作能力」相較於個人能力,對裁判團隊整體績效具有更關鍵的影響;其中,以 pocket algorithm 建立的線性分類器能有效刻畫此一關係,並具備未來績效預測的潛力。在此分析基礎上,我們進一步發展 RefBot 聊天機器人系統,將裁判管理流程數位化與自動化,支援裁判時段回報、賽程查詢與賽前通知,並已實際部署於多個聯賽中,顯著提升裁判指派與管理效率。整體而言,這兩項研究共同展示了如何結合資料驅動的績效分析與實務導向的系統設計,為智慧化運動裁判管理與決策支援奠定基礎。
